      MeetAll does not sell your data. We do not show ads. Calendar content
      never leaves your device.
    

1. What MeetAll Does

MeetAll is a Chrome extension that aggregates upcoming meetings from your Google Calendar accounts and displays them in a single popup with one-click join buttons for Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

2. What Data We Collect

2a. Data stored on your device only

Google OAuth access tokens — used to fetch your calendar events. Stored encrypted on your device using AES-256 encryption. Never transmitted to our servers.
Calendar events — fetched directly from Google Calendar API and cached locally for up to 5 minutes. Never sent to our servers.

2b. Data stored on our servers

Anonymous install ID — a randomly generated UUID created when you install the extension. Used to identify your account. Contains no personal information.
Google account email addresses — stored to keep track of which accounts you have connected. Example: you@gmail.com.
Account color preferences — the colour assigned to each account pill in the UI.
Plan status — whether your account is on the Free or Pro plan.

3. What We Do Not Collect

Meeting titles, descriptions, attendees, or any calendar content
Meeting join URLs or links
Your Google account password
Browsing history or activity outside the extension
Device information or IP addresses (beyond standard server logs)

4. How We Use Your Data

Email addresses are used solely to identify your connected accounts within the extension.
The install ID is used to associate your accounts and plan with your installation.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the extension.

5. Google API Usage

MeetAll uses the Google Calendar API to read your calendar events. Our use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically: calendar data is used only to display your meetings inside the MeetAll popup. It is not transferred to third parties, not used for advertising, and not stored on our servers.

6. Third-Party Services

Google Calendar API — to fetch your meeting data. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Supabase — our database provider, used to store account emails and plan status. Data is hosted on AWS infrastructure. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your MeetAll account is active. You can delete your data at any time by removing all accounts from the extension settings — this triggers deletion of your records from our servers.

8. Security

Google OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored on your device. The encryption key is derived from a combination of your install ID and your extension ID — neither of which is transmitted to our servers. Server communication is encrypted via HTTPS.

9. Children's Privacy

MeetAll is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the extension evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of MeetAll after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
